Would like to join a gun club in Toronto or Missisauga area.

Anybody in General Toronto area, and Missisauga can introduce me to their gun club? Can somebody meet me and show me around their club? I am still looking for a good one. I was considering Sharon gun club, but thought it is sort of far. Looking forward for your help.
 
Your best bet is to use the "search" feature and type in "Toronto gun clubs" or "gun clubs" or here's a link: http://ww w.nprc.ca/Canadian%20Clubs.htm

Call or e-mail the one's your interested and they (club) be more than happy to invite you over on their club nights.

Check out GRGC, rejoined after 15 years this year, I drive from Toronto and it usually well under an hour.

There are no clubs in Mississauga. Nearest is Range Burlington. Check their website and drop by there on a midweek evening to take a look.
 
I find it a bit hard to believe that there are no gun clubs in mississauga, since I found a couple on yahoo, no websites though. Plus there is a shooting range in Port Credit (mississauga). Does anyone else know of any gun clubs in Mississauga/Oakville

They can't shoot ipsc there anyway... 'Not approved for it by our beloved CFO



Looks like they don't allow holsters... SASS and IPSC were cited as examples.. 'Don't sound like they're "anti-ipsc" to me..

Rimfire only, and you can only shoot between 9-3 or something crazy like that on a Saturday. Also membership has been closed for a while I think. Search around for lake shore arms, or "the bunker" and you'll find lots.

Being from Mississauga, look at Galt, Burlington, Silverdale or Target Sports and pick one or two depending on your needs.

Where exactly did you you see that? Other than the fact they are only certified for .22rimfire and don't allow holsters. Funny, I've never seen a holster for a ISU Free pistol. Funny, I don't see any ISU pistols in the IPSC production class rules either.....

Your comment is nothing more than a drive-by slagging of this range. Respectfully, you should retract it.

Original Poster: check out www.rangeburlington.ca, we are a multi-discipline 50 yard indoor range, with 24/7 access.

Pretty average. BRRC is $171 per year (inc CSSA membership). Hamilton Gun Club (outdoor, skeet/trap/sporting etc) is...ug....$225? I can't recall right now.
