Well I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and just the screen is 4.5 inch long so lenght wise I think its possible.

I have a Galaxy S6, it's a touch over 5.5" long. It could be easily Kanada legal depending on the breech mechanism.

Yea, but that "Back pocket carry" is gonna be a tough one.
Does an Otter case count as proper storage for transport?
