The limited production of billet lowers compatible with the AR180B upper is becoming closer to a reality. What I need now is to gauge the interest. Also, what do you all believe the market would pay for such a lower? To keep costs down they would most likely be offered as stripped lowers to be used with an AR15 parts kit. I can't even speculate on cost, something under $500, depending on volume of production.
Be advised, this venture is still many months away as there are still some fundamental design issues to be worked out.
As the persons who buy said lower would have a useless polymer lower sitting around collecting dust, I have the idea to make a 9mm upper and mag well adapter to use the 10 round LAR mags. This design is still in the concept stage.

a non-restricted 9mm carbine makes it very intereresting to me
. I'll buy a lower anyway - I'll find a way to get an upper from somewhere, gotta be some guys with prohib rifles who'll sell the upper for shared range time.
