Why do we torture ourselves with this kind of poll?

Sometimes you guys really make me sad. I know this will never be, and yet when I see so many people in favour of it I can't help but feel (stupidly) that there might be some hope of it coming to life... meh. :bangHead::bangHead::bangHead::bangHead::bangHead::bangHead:

Me fail english?.............That's unpossible!!!!!!!!!!!! :p

f:P: I thought I checked the spelling, but i guess not. And the last option was a joke lol.

I don't really fancy trying to take big game with a handgun, not slagging those that choose to. I consider it IMO to be closest to hunting with a bow in regards to range and importance of shot placement, I should say I have never bow hunted.

I would be thrilled to be able to carry a .22 pistol with me in the bush, perfect for small game I might come upon or a finishing shot, I have heard it called 'capstick insurance?'

I honestly don't know if I would or not. I already carry a handgun for protection, so I don't have a problem with the concept, but I am a died in the wool rifle hunter. Still, taking small game for the pot with the handgun would be handy, and if I happened onto a caribou and the handgun is what I had, well . . .

Absolutely.
In a heartbeat.

In the past I have jumped through the hoops to take a handgun to Maine and am convinced of the validity of the practice. I would much prefer to spend my hunting dollars here though.
