thats great. my wife told me she and one of her girlfriends stopped on the transcanada in northern ontario to take a pic of a moose but when it ran away my wife chased after it!

she didn;t find out until later from her grandfather that moose will charge!

so with that experience i am sure we will teach our kids (when we have them) to give moose their space!

That same thing happened to me once. There I was, trying to be friends and understand the beast....I make one comment about how that cow could loose some weight and whammy, hoof to back of my neck meat. Well, I turned around and who is standing there backing me up? Chuck Norris. He gives the moose a roundhouse kick to the spine and it falls over dead! Thanks Chuck!
