Would you pull the trigger ??

You have to remove all the fat from all game, unlike domesticated beef/pork etc, fat from game will go rancid in the freezer.

This is my 44th season hunting bears. The fat on bear meat is on the outside.

My first bear yielded 9 gallons of grease that lasted for years.

I know from experience (see above) that even if you take all the fat off the meat, which I do, after a year or more the meat just plain starts to taste bad.

Photo shaming the pour fellow, shame on you! Hes just a nice guy trying to make a living.

A very good living.

Someone will eventually shoot that bear and then, the media will go all berserk.
The same media that advertised the walking "wurst".

I kinda regret the title, but I couldnt come up with anything else.
just thought it would be interesting for others and maybe someone in Canada has a similar video.
Well fed and gonna sleep well during the cold winter he or she is prepared for.
