would you spend $100 on grips?

I spent $80 or so on Hogue Pau Ferro grips for my .357 S&W. Money WELL spent IMO.

I paid $170 US back when the canadian dollar was crap for these from Jim Shanahan...

Worth every penny as far as I'm concerned.

LOL I have paid more than 100.00 for grips.....twice.

I paid about that for my 10-8 G10 grip.

Paying about a bit more than half of that for my custom Hogue wrap-around grip for my Beretta EIA.

For sure, if they're real nice, without hesitation... I think the most I've paid was $60, for custom wood revolver grips.

Ruger Bisley grips

When the nice people at Ruger brought out their Bisley model Blackhawk there were no aftermarket grips for it.
The smooth factory grips were okay but slippery. I took them into Frank at Frontier Gun in Thorold, Ontario. We talked about having them checkered. The grips were like a blank slate and I suggested that he use the opportunity to create a masterpiece.
Well, he did. C$35.00 per side. Turned a nice set of factory wood grips into a superb set. And I would do it again.
