Have you actually seen a wild lion in your life? Other than on TV or the zoo?But I wouldn't want to do it the way it is portrayed in the movie clip...That lion seems a little too tame until they wound it and really start to screw around wiht it.
My point exactly Thanks Kloppyou guys are not from africa..... i am.... all hunting the has to be on someones land which means it is in a property but is thousands of acres big!!!! just luck it was by the fence...... people i know have eaten lion, i havent but some of my uncles have!(cannot comment about the shots..lol)
dont be to quick to judge a place or the people!

With respect to the seal hunt I frankly do not believe you
Believe what you want. Believe in toothfaires if it fills your boots. I support the seal hunt in respect to culling and preservation. Some say the seals were in part of the decline of the cod... allthough a small part. I do however prefer the method of shooting, rather than clubing. As for the vidio... it is you who are assuming that this was a wild "hunt"... just as i assume it was a caged hunt. If in case you did not see what i posted earlier if regards to this vidio... i support a hunt that is soly based on ethical practices. Culling a species for preservation of future stocks or getting rid of a nusance animal is needed. Was this the case of the vidio in question? You seem to think so. I dont. So whos right and whos wrong. Remember.. we werent there. As for the remark about my narrowed way of practicing hunting... its the way i choose to hunt. If you want to chase with dogs, run down with atv's, or "push hunt" and get satisfaction out of doing so, then i guess thats your way of choosing to hunt, or at least supporting those that do. It seems we are on two different sides of the table. Now.. back to the moose incident... its obvious that your arnt a good guess at character. Those that know me know i dont lie.
Boomer said:Well I guess it was all pretty much a wast of time, I presented my arguments to you in a non confrontational manner despite the personal attacks that you made while discussing this topic. You show a lack of understanding of hunting and firearms in general when you say that you would prefer shooting to clubbing during the seal harvest on the east coast. It is obvious to me that you have never heard a bullet ricochet off the ice, if you had it might of occurred to you that shooting would be unsafe given the number of people out there. Secondary to that, there is always the chance of a poor shots resulting in horrendous wounds, fair to say that the clubbing is much more humane and safe given the nature of this harvest. Your immaturity is shown in that you come to a conclusion from watching a short piece of video without stopping to digest what it is that you have actually seen. Your selfishness has shown in that you would only support your own style of hunting - with the exception of the seal harvest you say - despite the fact that all hunting is under attack, and that hunters need to stand together in this fight. You claim not to be a liar, but the moose story speaks for itself.
