True, I had a hi-point and sold it. THAT gun was the epitomy of fugly. Nothing wrong with these Tok's. Its as deadly as any 9mm pistol. Surely as reliable.
Come to think of it.............if I saw some guy totin one of these around , I'd think he was pure crazy, and stay the hell out of his way. Might be quite effective in that mode of thinking.

Take the grips off and see how slim that little carbine cartridge shooting pistol really is. It is the only way I shoot it and I get very good results that way.
It does not look so bad when it has a silky blue covering it or a nickel plating. It is my favourite pistol bar none. Such an old round it fires but it is quite powerful compared to a 9mm or .45ACP. Everything will have a specific application but I feel the pistol and cartridge is a good combination. There are those of our American brothers who use it exclusively for defence of the person as well as woods carry.
The cheap $99 9mm version is still a great pistol as the pressure of the hand-loaded cartridge can be ramped up and still be safe to shoot.
A great old pistol. Not as ###y as newer pistols but to each their own.

I've got no issues using this little pistol for anything, it's been very reliable other than hating Winnie 124gr Ranger ammo (it has eaten everything else w/o complaint). Add in the fact it's pretty accurate in my hands and you've got the best firearm bargain ever :D

Has anybody that removed the "safety" lever from the slide kept the screws that go with it? I want to keep the parts that came with this pistol - but I lost one of the screws. Does anybody have one (or two) that they would be willing to part with? Or does anybody know what size I should be looking for?

Thank you
