My order (Dec 21) is still queued. No rush. My gun probably sat in a warehouse in China for 30 years so what's a few more weeks in North Vancouver... :)

Got mine. Covered in a coat of light oil. Lots of it, seeping from every nook & cranny. On the plus side, no rust!

Finish looks ok, edges are very sharp. Mine will need some breaking in.

There is a lot of excitement when new toys are in the works. I'm sure it will be worth the wait. It is still unbelievable that in these economic times and conditions we have a $100 brand new pistol available to us. Given the resources available to us, this is a great achievement. We should all be thanking CanAm for their efforts.

Once we get through swearing at it :)

For 99 bucks, you can't go wrong. So i ordered one this morning:)
Found the following review.

Quite a positive review there. So far the only two who have reported shooting the $99 special have reported significant feeding problems. That this guy found it "forgiving" and reloaded slightly oversized (.357) bullets in his surprises me.

If "our" Nokarevs are different, it could easily be chalked up to having come from a different batch. Quality control and tolerances is not what we're paying for.

$99 leaves room for DIY or professional gunsmithing.

Finally got mine yesterday. We should give a collective thanks to the folks at CanAmmo for providing us such an excellent deal.

As expected, it has it's rough edges.Nothing a fine piece of sandpaper will not handle. Some folks have already posted the pics, nothing new to report. Will be taking it to the range this week.

We are now collectively expecting a "1000 round challenge" similar to Todd Jarretts.:D I've already gotten my new ltatt, and no pistol yet....c'mon CanAm, show the love for Saskatchewan.:p

Well, 100 bucks or not, I'm excited. Just got my range membership, safe, trigger lock and ammo today, now I just need to see that d@mned "queued" go away!:D I know things must be nuts at CanAm right now with all the new stuff coming in and going out.:runaway:

I don't believe that they have chromed barrels, but that's based on what I see - it doesn't look to be chrome. What's the consencus?

After reading this thread for a month, I decided to buy one. Just can't help thinking of buying it... and now I felt relief. Back in my home country, this norinco had a nickname of "black star" because of the logo on the grip. A favorite gun used by gang members!!! Not here of course.

Just received my 213, together with Outlaw.

I can't visit range because of the snow. All I can do is feed the gun manually - doesn't looks like having feeding problem.

The manual is the best part of the package!!!
