Well I gues I've thrown my hat into the ring here as well, I've gone and done it.... I ordered 2.:dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

I I am going to just forget about it and shoot my M&P, and I'll be very very surprised when there is a mysterious package in the mail, "I don't know what it is sweetie!!)

Cheers

That's what it'll be for you too - By the time it actually arrives, you WILL have forgotten about it...

Range Report

Finally took my 99$ prize out to the bush range today and fired 350 rounds with out a single misfeed or misfire.

I fired both American eagle 124gr and Remington 115 gr and it chewed through them without any preference.

It shoots high and to the right, once I adjust for that it is very accurate at 15 yards.

happy as hell with it, it has less recoil then my RCMP buddies S&W 9mm.

Good times,

thanks again to Canada Ammo !!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, the NS CFO is impressing me with the speed, transferred Thursday, reg certs in the mail this morning. Probably the fastest I've ever received anything from government ever.

Shot mine for the first time yesterday. 50 rounds each of AE 124 and 115. Had four stovepipes ejecting. Regardless, I'm pretty happy with it. For the price, awesome. Impressions... tiny and a bit "loose" feeling.

Range report. We took 2 Norcarevs to the range and shot both military (IVI) and handloads.

Both had 100% function with handloads. 125 cast RN over 3.7gr 700x. 1050 fps.

The pistol that had been degreased by swishing in varsol had 1 misfire with military. the one that had been wiped clean of oil had about 20% misfires. hard military primers are seen as a problem. the hammer spring does not seem very heavy.

Accuray with both ammo types was quite good and only one pistol needed a slight rear sight drift to be bang on.

We are pleased.

Has anybody received their order, without previously receiving an e-mail with the tracking number? Just wondering... I really want to order another gun from CanadaAmmo, different model, but this is becoming pretty absurd. I know they're swamped, but for a company that's been in business for over 10 years to take over a month to ship an order for something that's supposed to be in stock, it is pretty absurd in my book. :(

Actually, over two months, given that they didn't have stock in Jan. (I've been queued since Jan 1st, still am) The part that really bugs me though is they don't answer e-mails. If it weren't for the people here actually receiving their pistols, I would have canceled ages ago.

Hang in there, guys. We've all gone through that. You'll be happy with your purchase.

I got my 1911 over a month ago and it's still queued on their website....

Order a gun. Pay a ridiculously low amount. Forget about it. Some time in the future, receive a pistol. Smile.

In related news, in the Red Rifles section, a bunch of us waited a year (or more?) for a SKS. We are smiling now. As a matter of fact, I think the longer the wait is, the larger the smile.

Patience, my friends, patience... :)

Lou
