Wow is no one discussing the MP7 in the EE?

MP7 = very cool weapon that is nearly impossible to obtain in our Country. If you have the money you can own something that is the latest greatest and nearly no-one else has one.

It may not be the greatest combat weapon (does not replace the standard assault rifle in any way!!) in the world but it does what it was designed to do very well.

For those who have tried one, I think that it is everything that the FN P90 should be. When I compared them side by side, there was no question, MP7 all the way (I really like the P90 as well I might add).

If I win the lottery this weekend I will buy it.

Rich

I thought initial reports were that it was a poor failure and lacked any stopping power?

Trust me I did NOT!!! ;-)

well you have indicated money is not a problem for you so why sell it? Sorry to sound like a prick but when a sterling police carbine can be hand for 5 and a Valmet for 5 ish I don't see how rarity can raise the price to this level!

16K is what? A G36, G36K, and UMP together or one SMG that you better be collecting brass because you will never have ammo again.

Thats right, it penetrates paper targets at the range much better than the UZI. I once saw it cut threw three paper targets that were accidentally stapled together on the target board! :D

Using that logic, there is no point in buying any resticted gun above 22 caliber. Or even buying any restricted gun in the first place. All a restricted is good for is shooting paper.

Just curious, how much do you guys think he paid for the gun?

I would bet he paid maybe 3k tops or maybe even less. Really the gun isnt worth that over inflated value, especially with the ammo issues.

Yeah but 16 G's. you have to much money if you willing to spend that for a little penetration.

Having enough money to live alright is one thing, 16K$ is something else. But I don't mind keeping it if it doesn't sell since I love it.

For that kind of money I expect the gun to silently float around the house in the dark, recognize and then neutralize intruders while greeting others and offering them a drink.:D

Even if it did all of that, for sixteen grand, it better also come with a nice rack and a perfect ass.... Seriously. I can understand having toys, but think of the room full of better guns you could buy for that money. There IS such a thing as having too much money.
