Cathy, and NM you are awesome. Cathy and I were trying to keep the shipping costs down by bundling my expensive and bulky items, but those Magpul bipods cant get out to the dealers in quantity. I explaind that i can wait on the Bipod, but that I have my last PRS shoot of the season coming up, and i would really enjoy being able to use my purchased PIG saddle and tripod. Cathy had it at Canada Post in hours, and then it arrived in only 2 days. Now i can go to the range Monday, instead of waiting for the package to get delivered, as was originally forecast by Canada Post.
What a real pleasure dealing with NM.

They did the same for me, bundled my order with a soon to be arriving Rapter charging handle(great price btw). Once it arrived they sent out the entire order. Excellent service.
 
The real test of a retailer IMHO is when something goes sideways. This happened to me with Nordic when I bought a PRST ball head that was slightly out of spec. Sent an email and a couple pictures, they phoned back and promptly sent out a new one and a return shipping label for the old one. Had the new one in hand within a few days of the original landing, and I’m clear across the country.

It helps that Nordic don't seem to carry anything that isn't AWFULLY nice to see in a box when it arrives at your house. :)

Brad has been a superb guy to deal with, and the moment budget allows..I'll be back on the phone with him. Simply a pleasure to deal with the folks @ Nordic.
 
Was reading your post never been to their website.
Im Looking for a Glock 41 and they have in stock! (its out of stock all over Canada) Think gonna give them a call and grab one!!
 
I could only assume it was Kathy that I talked to but she broke the bad news about shipping delays on the magpul bipods and extended the time on a sale so I that I could get anything else I needed. She took responsibility for the delay and reached out personally. Some other retailers could learn from Nordic (looking at you CDN GUN DORX)
 
I just ordered a new Glock from them and asked about a couple items that were showing out of stock. Instead of emailing back and fourth, Cathy called me. After a very pleasant conversation she had managed to find everything I was looking for. She was extremely friendly and a pleasure dealing with. Not to mention the transfer was started almost immediately. Now I just have to sit and wait for everything to arrive. I'll update afterwards....
 
They are my new go to providers of pretty much everything. Cathy is awesome...just bought a new Virtus from them. If they don't have things in stock, they will order it in promptly. I very much appreciate how hard they work for their customers.
 
I have to second, scratch that "seventh that" sentiment. Cathy and Nordic have been incredible in helping me get my C8 together. They have most of what I needed and I especially liked living in the same province as them!
