Looks like a Czech crate, so corrosive and non reloadable.
Even if you could export it out of US, it is still pricey.

Never mind the Czech corrosive surplus. Look in any copy of the Shotgun News. They still have Portugese 7.62 NATO surplus and all sorts of other stuff for half the price we pay here. Still doesn't get any here though. Grrrrrr!

same stuff budget shooter supply is selling i think, if so, it burns a lot cleaner then the x39 surplus and is somewhat accurate in my m14....
