WR762 rifle

I'm getting really anxious to see what the price point and final product will look like got some cash burning a hole in my pocket that needs to be spent!

Interested in getting 1 (2) but curious as to why, with new manufacture they didn't produce w/ the charging handle on the left side?
Awesome that they are being made here...good job!!

The CZ and VZ both have the charging handle on the right side of bolt, with these rifles shouldered it feels just "right" racking the bolt. Regardless you will love this platform of rifle!

Having the charging handle on the right allows boring handed people to continue to support the rifle with their off hand while charging the bolt. As for your shamely bigotted post, I have reported you to the mods.
 
Just a question as numerous reviews have thought the left hand charge bolt would make more sense..as far as reporting me....really...you are joking???

The bolt handle on the 58s is on the same side as a bolt action repeater, which is the correct side for boring handed people.

- With the bolt on the right, a boring handed person can continue to support the rifle with their offhand.
- Were the bolt on the left, a boring handed person would need to use their trigger hand to support the rifle, but it's too far back, and the forward balance of the rifle makes it too heavy to hold up.

Now to advance the conversation: You do not need to support a bench rest rifle. What you want is to keep your head still, and grip the same (realted because release your grip and your head moves). So with a bench rest rifle you want the bolt operated with your offhand. Which is why I've met multiple left-handed people who perfer left bolted hunting rifles and right bolted bench rifles.

You can do what you imagine with bullpups, if they have the charging well forward, because the balance point of a bullpup is well back, allowing you to support the rifle with your trigger hand.

Quoting myself. You can only operate an offhanded bolt on some rifles. With many rifles you smack yourself in the face with the bolt or your own hand.

Cant imagine that a reciprocating charging handle on the left side would actually cause a bit of trouble for right handers?

Trouble no,but after using a rifle with a left hand charging handle,it does make a difference on shot time for me.i really enjoyed having it there.
 
I can imagine that it would be easier to charge after a mag. change. Just takes some time to get used I guess.

Well it helps you keep the rifle up as opposed to losing your site picture while twisting it to each the right side,or if your like me and used to try the under the rifle slap rack.
