That arrived July last year. No point in Rushing

^oh so slowly and carefully taking this project apart and praying the whole time I don,t shear off screws or find threaded holes striped, or even worse a screw sheared and rusted in place. And amazingly every single threaded hole was 100% good, clean up the dirt and crap and all was right in my world for this item.

^ Outside before

^ Inside before

^ All apart and the restoration begins, I like these small and simple jobs to do over the winter but to be truthful I had most done by the fall as I could not help myself. The only hold up was, and this is a huge shout out to Jason at Gunco, a great guy who does great work who had all my tiny screws and springs for hot bluing, he called yesterday that they where done and I was able to really finish assemble the lamp.
