Hi, I pulled the geissele trigger from my AR and have installed it in the WS-MCR. Tried to put the WS-MCR trigger in the AR and can’t get it all the way in. Has anyone tried this with any luck? The WS trigger doesn’t appear to be larger than the geissele but maybe I am missing something....

Thanks for the help,
Chris

Hi, it may be that the MCR trigger is larger but fits fine in the MCR and was easy to remove from the MCR without removing the safety. I guess I could remove the AR safety which should make it possible to use the MCR trigger. I will try that next unless anyone says that the trigger won’t work at all?

Thanks
Chris

It’s a bog standard AR15 trigger. It should fit fine.

I removed a geissele from my M4 (safe queen) and dropped it in my MCR, this turned it into into a single shot rifle. The MCR bolt wasn't pushing the hammer down far enough to engage the disconnector, so the hammer would just follow the bolt forward again. I wrote to wolverine, sent pictures and asked for assistance. The last correspondence I received was that they were reaching out to Spectre and would get back to me. That was last year and I have yet to receive a reply.

Hmm, dry firing with with the geissele in the MCR seems to work but haven't live fire tested it yet.

Will try to wiggle the MCR trigger into the Colt Canada AR lower and see if I can get it work properly.

Thanks for your time,
Chris

Hi guys, short update. Removed the safety and the WS trigger slid right in. The WS trigger must be slightly oversized as I have never needed to do this with “regular” AR triggers but no problem.
