Finally got a chance to try my new used Cooper model 21 in .223 at the range today. Purchased it from a fine gentleman on here who responded to my WTB ad on EE.
Rifle was exactly as described and dang does it ever shoot. I got back from a business trip late last night so only had Remington SP factory ammo. Now I can't wait for my Jackson Game .280 AI! I can't believe how much fun a .223 is to shoot.
Here is one group. They were mostly tight like this. With factory ammo! Oh the one flyer was my fault. I knew as soon as I had pulled the trigger.
