IIRC it is airsoft, all the accessories were actually spread out among several different guns.

The owner decided it'd be funny to slap em all on one gun for a photo-op.

wow ...i don't think Ar's need anything except optics. I mean unless your LEO and your kicking in doors at 4 am going after bad guys there is no need for lights lasers rails and all that other crap ...I see guys all the time at the range with crazy looking rifles ... but they do just as i do stand there at 12 in the afternoon and shoot paper only i shoot longer... more money spent actually shooting my rifle and training then building .
