Stick with it, call them!

Do not let them discourage you from participating in the Shooting Sports!

Good luck & welcome to CGN!

Cheers

Your wont get anything other than that message until a month and a half after they receive your application, trust me I'm still waiting lol

im in the same boat as well.. app was received on june 30 , i still get that error and when i called was told wait at least 5 weeks as they are behind.
Mine arrived May 30st, and as of yesterday when I called, they still say it's in the earliest stages of processing, which means it won't show online. Ouch.

i know it sucks & is frustrating but i can tell you it IS worth it! lol ive been licenced & had my first pistol just over a year & would guess ive put close to 4000 rounds down range lol welcome to the addiction guys

My application was received June 21 and my credit card was charged July 11th and I have the same status online. I called because my card was charged and I wasn't in the system, luckily I only waited about 5 minutes on hold to get through. When a lady answered the call I rather than acting upset about the status not being online I mentioned I think it might be because I may have filled out my phone number incorrectly on my application. The lady I spoke with pulled up my information and read it back to me, all was correct as I knew it was and she made it sound as though it should be online in the next couple weeks. It seems the first stage of processing is accounting, I'm giving them 2 weeks then I'll become extremely persistent with my phone calls.

I submitted my application almost 12 weeks ago now.

I entered everything the identical to what I put on my application..

I had an issue when I submitted my application. I had photocopied my application, so I could see what was what. It looked complete to me. Before I received their letter I had called in to check on my application, and the fellow on the phone explained that I had missed a street number on my address, or something to that effect. Which somehow wasn't missing on my photocopy. We corrected the issue over the phone. Funny thing was, when their letter arrived, it said I was missing a different piece of info, someone's last name, if I recall correctly.

Still only took 28 days from application received to approval. I received it in the mail a week or so after approval.

Was thinking maybe you were in a different province... nope... same town even.
