they received my upgrade application March 8th. as of yesterday, it finally shows on the site as ..."issued" That's 5 months for an upgrade. It took them 4 months to do my initial NR 4 years ago.

Whatever they do there, they are very slow at it.

I have a Cosin that sent his forms in June 2013, and is still waiting still 9 moths as well.

My application was received Mar 16 according to Canada Post, still not updated online. I'm gonna call them today to give them an updated CC # as the one I gave them expires in may - I'm not that optimistic lol

You could also be one of the lucky few who get theirs processed quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to know until it happens.

I missed an answer on my renewal, they notified me, I phoned 'em and it was fixed immediately.
