WTK who wants to parkarise 200 1" bolt for me???

Anyone want to qute me a price on parkarising a few 100 1inch bolt for me finish dont have to be perfect just has to have a complet finish.
looking at standard bfasco or fastenal steel bolts.

Seems to me you can buy bolts that already have a protective coating. Won't be cheap though. Otherwise look in the Yellow Pages for metal finishers.
 
Heres what I did!

Drill a bunch of slightly oversized holes into a scrap piece of 2X lumber
Drop the screws into the holes so the heads sit above the board
Bead-blast
Wait for the metal to Oxodize (if you want a "deeper" colour..this can be sped up by lightly spraying with vinegar out of a misting bottle)
Clear coat with automotive laquer either by HVLP, or with a spray can.

Not parkerized, but you cant tell the diff.

I can get you as many 8-32 x ½” as you need. Thread cutting screw, Philips pan head, parkerize finish.
