seriously can you adopt me :p

I'm just being a dik. It ain't mine. It's in the R22R Regimental museum at the Citadel, Quebec City. I took the picture last year.

A NAA mfg 1911 would be the 'holy grail' for a 1911 collector in Canada..... Glad that one has a safe spot in a museum. Gotta preserve some Canadian firearms history!

.455 Colt Government

I've had a couple of these with canadian provenance,I sold a truly minty one, for $900. Can, about 6 years ago, it recently changed hands in the US, for $2700.US.
A North American Arms pistol, in I would say 80/90% NRA condition was sold for $18000 US at a Montreal show 2 years ago, and I understand it has since resold for 24K. There out there, keep your eyes peeled . regards Bully

Ya, I'm thinking it's shape, and the fact they are the rarest of 1911s, that one would bring some huge dollars.
This is the only one I've seen in person, and it's in far better shape than the pictures I've seen of others.

This is an R.A.F. marked one I purchased from a friend with a very good .455 barrel & 3 proper two tone magazines. I think this one is a 1918 mfg. PLEASE P.M. with pics if you pick that one up & decide to sell it... Badger over at milsurps would be another guy to give you, or steer you in the right direction for an estimate.
