WW2 14.5x114mm round

What's the value of original 1942 PTRS PTRD round? I found one in the box with other 14.5 and have to idea what to ask for it.. I can feel when shaking the powder is still inside so looks to be totally complete and original. I'm sure it has value for ammo collectors.
