WW2 38 smith and wesson blank cartridges

Came across a bag of 38 S&W blanks maybe 30 or 40 rounds. Any demand for this stuff? Maybe you could fire them and reload cases or perhaps they are Berdan primers? Anyone know?

Pictures would be nice. Don't think there is much demand. I know I've got a crapload of brass around here somewhere

Maybe they could have collector value to someone? Honestly don't know though.

They used to be used in starter.pistols for high school track meets.
Not much military significance.

I have no idea when where how etc. I obtained these newish two full boxes of Dominion 38 S&W Blanks ... not reloadable - but maybe
