WW2 Machine guns...a few questions for the knowledgeable here

Sorry to hi-jack but I have a set of parts for assembling a m1919 spade grip including the backing plate with buffer. Does anyone here have the ability to assemble it for me for $$? Its just like this one: www.projectguns.com/sgt4.html

If there is welding to be done, then I may need to get a friend who fixes cars for a living involved for his expertise in welding. I am a woodworker mainly.
