The Norwegian Resistance Museum is within Akershus Fortress, which is still used as an active military site. We saw lots of conscripts marching around and getting sent off on buses to go out to the field. The gate guards were equipped with HK MP7s, lots of armed military doing patrols on the walls and grounds of the fortress with their HK 416s. When we went we were pretty much the only people there, what a treat! I highly recommend everyone goes to Norway, what a beautiful country full of nice people.

I should of started with pics of the outside of the fortress!
