WX-MCR Wolverine Xtreme - MCR ''the jumped gun''

Completion kits??

We will be listing MCR proprietary Parts Kit, see first post on our web site. These will consist of all the parts not found in your AR15. These may already be on our web page we just have to correct some part numbers.

AR15 parts and other items such as 7.62 x 39 complete bolts will be listed when available, our first priority is to build complete rifles.

If you purchase a WX-MCR upper and lower receiver set, a MCR proprietary parts kit and already have an AR15 with carbine length gas system you should have everything you need to complete your MCR build.

As others alluded to, the options for 18.5 barrels with carbine gas systems are nearly non existent. I hope you guys offer these for sale, with heavy preference for a pencil profile option.

Better solution would be different length gas tubes and an adjustable gas block.

Thanks for the clarification.

Look forward to hearing and seeing more about these.

I’m curious about the gas length. I can understand and appreciate going with as many AR parts as feasible IOT keep development costs down as well allowing others to recycle parts they may already have. But then you go with a carbine gas port, something that simply doesn’t exist in non restricted length. Rifle length should have been the first option developed IMO. Regardless, good job.

I don’t see side plates in your parts list. Don’t see them on the upper . I assume an oversight.

We have decided to fit the side plate and trunion block to the upper that is why they are not on the list. Photo was taken before the decision to fit those parts had been made. Photo will be updated ASAP.

OMG. My life is now starting to turn around. I just can't get with the bolt action AR's out there now...

I expect the bolt action AR kits will still be popular with those that have shorter AR barrels, and want to be NR. I expect these will be very popular with those who have 18.6" barrels, or want to maintain semi-auto.

well, if you were going to change the trigger anyways, and the furniture, and put a different barrel and muzzle device on it, then it saves you having to tote around that box of take-off parts that nobody wants but you would feel bad about throwing out, and the wife is always like "what's all this gun sh!t in the basement?" and you're like "i might need that someday, if like, my super cool lightweight stock breaks in combat and i need a spare really quick" and she gives you that look, and you carry the box around through three different house moves, and it gets full of dead spiders and earwigs and then one day she catches one of the kids playing with some of it and decides that somehow the kid might have got hurt and all of a sudden you're a bad parent.
