X-Bolt .308 Hog Stalker

I have a Micro Hunter 308 Xbolt leftie and it shoots like a hot damn. What makes the Hog version so much more capable for hogs?

Are we talking about the camo, short barrel, pistol grip, semiauto rifle ?

If so, I hold one yesterday. Heavy as fuc. And doesn't balance well at all.

I would pass.

Hold it before commiting yourself.

No, thats a BAR. He's asking about the X-Bolt.

I have an X-Bolt, not the model you're looking at or the caliber, but I like it lots. The trigger is beautiful, it's a straight shooter and it feels good when you put it to your shoulder. The only problem I have with it is I don't get to shoot it often enough.

It might be a bit shorter and a bit lighter than yours. A carbon fiber stock probably helps with the weight and it has a threaded muzzle for the things we're not allowed to take advantage of, and the knurled thread protector looks cool.

I haven't handled the browing yet but it sounds and looks like a copy of the Savage hog hunter, which reminded me of a jungle carbine weight wise. Solid rifle though.
