Anyone know the weight on the remington trigger?

Factory set to 3.5 pounds...... Adjustable to between 3-5 pounds......

Sorry I mean like actual weight of the trigger. I am trying to cut as much weight off a Remington 700 mountain and will be replacing the trigger depending on weight. Was thinking a timney 510 as it weighs in at 2oz. Trying to shave weight anywhere possible.

77.5 grams with the brass pins in place. That is the trigger with the Adjustment Set Screw in the trigger. That is about 3 oz.

80 grams on a plain trigger model.

Both are Stainless Steel models.

Awesome thanks horseman2 appreciate it. Timney 510 is going in. Unless someone knows of a lighter trigger?
