I contacted them recently and they said they no longer ship Canada post something about being out of town and Couriers picking items up at door ...maybe only by exception..
 
Thanks for all the feedback.
Based on the few replies that I got yesterday I placed an order this morning and just a short while ago I got notification that my order was shipped and on its way.
So far I am liking the way things are going, estimated arrival is for tomorrow as long as the courier does its part.
 
This may explain the confusion, from their web site:


  • DICOM EXPRESS and FedEx will be use for Quebec and Ontario
  • Fed Ex and Canada Post will be use for the rest of the country
 
I've made a couple of purchases and had no issues.
I looked forward to the new website but have found it to be super slow.
Does anyone have that issue with thier website?
 
One small word of warning for those within driving distance.
I even went as far as calling to ensure that it was in stock and they didn't even bother to check their shelf to see if the item was actually there.
They tell you that if it is stock on the website they have it in stock.
They even tell you to buy your items online and specify in store pickup so that nobody else can buy the item before you get there.
I drove nearly an hour in each direction to get something that was supposed to be in stock which wasn't.
I didn't even get as much as a sorry we screwed up.

I still buy from them when they have what I need and I'm in the area but there are other places where I feel more welcome when I walk in the door.
 
My Forster Co-Ax press arrived today, I will be checking X-Reload again when I need something.
I found that their price is the best price to be found on the internet for the Co-Ax it even beat the US pricing when doing the exchange rate for our dollar difference.
