X95 just a picture

Easiest and cleanest way is to use cold anodizing. That's how did mine.

Thanks. Love the fake can, hate the lettering. Glad to hear it's easy to fix ... I was worried that maybe it was etched on there and the white paint was in the recesses (therefore still visible even if painted over).

The reviews for this product are quite poor on Amazon ... they say it rubs off quite easily. What has your experience been?

What did you do to prep? Did you sand off the white paint area or did you just apply this stuff right onto it?

I dont believe that the lettering is painted on, its laser etched into the aluminum. And so being bare aluminum a product like that should work great on it. I've handled his rifle and it looks great and seems to hold up fine. It was actually one of the things I really like about his setup because I did not like the lettering standing out on others I have seen

Seems like TNA doesn't sell those shrouds anymore :(

Anyone got any alternatives? They make the Tavors look so ###y

Very awesome rifles guys, when i can offload an AR i will be getting an OD version. I was wondering on a scale of 1 - 10 how necessary is a trigger upgrade on new production rifles?

1, it's not as good as an AR15 trigger but it's good enough that from a cost-benefit point of view I see zero reason to change an X95's stock trigger.
