X95 Lefty Conversion help

For those who have removed an X95 barrel. I unlocked the barrel without removing the charging handle because I could see no way of getting it out before removing the barrel. now both the charging handle & the barrel won't come out even though the barrel is unlocked. I tried relocking the barrel but it's way too tight.
Am I screwed?
Yes I am using the proper tavor barrel wrench not that really matters.

Their is an assembly attached to the barrel that is blocking the charging handle from being removed.

Now the charging handle is completely locked & will not move back anymore. It did prior to unlocking the barrel, but would not come straight out like the instructions say due to the assembly that's blocking it.

Thank you. But now i still have the problem of needing te relock the barrel in order to get the charging handle out. It's ridiculously tight I can't turn it more than an 1/8th turn
 
I'm not sure about the X95, but on the Tavor if you get to this point you've probably bent and/or damaged your charging handle guide rod. You will always want to remove the charging handle prior to unlocking the barrel to prevent any damage.

That's what I figured, probably needs a new charging handle rod. Wondering if it so hard to relock because it's crushing the rod. Don't want to break something else.
 
You cant damage it by re-locking, but you have by unlocking it. At this point you may have allready broke the gas tube as well.

The CH is really self explanatory on the x95, it slides out as soon as you take the heand guard off.
