X95 Non restricted whos getting one ?

I will need to leftorize mine, seen a few videos where the TAR group slides right into the x95, but that's just videos, not sure if it is actually the same bolt or not.. I would assume so, as there is no real reason to change it up.
Anyone have any solid info on that?

$20K is a lot for guns, but compared to many other interesting hobbies that's just a down payment!

Anyway if the MDR is ridiculously priced, I'll be happy with the X95.

What optics will you guys be running anyway?
You are right on the hobbies. My vehicle hobby could buy a nice house and my gun hobby a decent vacation property.

Internally its the same gun. We have does have some slight differences between our Canadian Tar-21 and the US Sar-21 however.

so from what i know----the x95 first batch will have the barrels only made in Israel and everything else by iwi in the USA----for commercial use---thus if you have a tavor all made in Israel military grade why would you sell it?wouldn't it be better to keep the tavor and buy x95 also to try it out?that is if money is not a factor.Wouldn't dump a proven product for the newest and greatest especially if not made in the home land--once again if money is not an issue----just my thoughts.

Harrisburg is just an assembly plant. The term milspec was something North Sylva coined to clear out the old inventory before the new SAR-21 and x95 models get here in January.

No risks are being taken, the Tar, Sar, and x95 are all the same gun in reciever, trigger pack, and BCG. Only differences are the gas system shape in the x95 for the new CH, and the Sar and x95 have a nuetered hammer/sear pack pocket that wont allow our Tar trigger packs with the auto sear to fit, and the Sar and x95 have QD sockets.

in usa a percentage of the x95 parts must be made there thus they are not fully Israel made and just assembled there--as for mil-spec --those are certain measurement stds that are set and must be followed and have been around for ages and most certainly they differ between commercial and military grade but i neither have time or energy to debate that fact-just wanted to state that if one can afford i would not be dumping my Tav but just acquiring the x95 for personal trial of likes and dislikes-money allowing

X95 has been issued for quite a while now in Israel.

So did he confirm that the Canadian X95 charging handle is IDF ?

I just paid off my X95 today, Now the wait until Jan :-(

good work on finding this all out--well at least 50% is Israeli which is a good thing in my opinion-cheers

I have updated the 922r list with a better explanation. The rifle is almost completely Israeli still, even under 922r. Most of the parts not Israeli import are parts you will likely replace aftermarket anyway, and not essential components in the way. These are every bit as good as our Israeli Tar-21 rifles. Like I said, NS just coined the term milspec in reference to the Tavor platform to clear inventory.

I'm trying to decide between the X95, APC or the HK243.

What retailers are bringing in green X95?

Will they install a left handed bolt and sell for the same price?

Does wolverine only charge 5% sales tax and does their 5% military discount extend to law enforcement?

Regarding "Ns coining the term to clear inventory" we will just agree to dissagree---and i leave this conversation with something i know as fact -that mil-spec in production of firearms is most definately different than commercial production--and yes im buying an x95 and yes im keeping my tavor and yes everyone is totaly entitaled to their opinion and beliefs as im not here to try to change peoples minds on any topic as im not employed as a teacher--lol---thanks for the info-cheers

My CF issue rain jacket is " Mil spec " and it's garbage so are the rats, so are my boots...Ect

" Mil-spec " is a joke and thrown around like a shack rat.
