What do you guys think? My son is 10. He has a few guns. Most he hasn't shot. I've been saving them for when he's bigger. Anyway, he has a small compound bow, which he shoots fairly well. We were in a archery club. Short of it is I don't have as much time as I did. I started competitive fishing again. needless to say, we don't shoot at the club anymore. I have a high end xbow, compounds, and a recurve. I was thinking of trading them in, and getting us each the same xbows. He loves when we both use the same stuff. He is pretty big for his age. I realize he can't #### the xbow, but he can shoot it! I want him comfortable with it for when he's old enough for his apprentice license. Of course we will shoot excaliburs. I just figure they will be both set up the same, he will feel equal, if anything happens to his bow(he's young) I can fix his with parts from mine, or he can just use mine. I want him to do the hunting! You guys think it's a good move? I think it is! My plan now is to hunt/fish with him as much as I can now. He loves it! He kicked my ass fishing on the wknd! LOL.
Dave.
