Recently purchased a XCR 2 in a 7mm Rem. Mag. This is my first Remington and I must say I am very pleased with it.
Big Green's website reads a weight of 7.375 lbs for the 7mm RM, well all listed guns are the same weight. I put the gun on the scale and it reads a 7.81 lbs, with Talley light weight mounts and a Leupold VX-3 2.5-10x40mm B&C
So what figures? I checked the scale!
