Yep. I've put 5.56mm through my .223 marked XCR L with no issues. You're good to go mate.

Always wondered about this one as I have an XCR L marked in .223 but when I checked the Rob Arms web site it showed 5.56.
I'm sure that Wolverine would have an answer to this as they are the importer for Rob Arms.
