Im looking at buying an XCR in 6.8 SPC. The only ones I have found in stock are at Elwood Epps for $2399. Does anyone know where I could find one for a better price? Whats Epps like to deal with?

2400$ is the going rate for a XCR. Epps is as good as anyone to buy a rifle from. just dont buy it from more gun supply and you should be fine.
 
Wolverine is the Canadian importer they may be able to better the price for you.

and my XCR-L in 6.8spc is my favorite go too deer hunting rifle...

I am just around the corner from Epps, so you buy it I will pick it up and make sure it is working ok then i will ship it to you for free. :)

It's hard to bargain over the phone. To bad he is a fair distance from both those dealers.

Buying from wolverine might save you a bit on shipping.
Epps has (not sure if they still do) charged a handling fee as part of the shipping charge.
