XCR accuracy improvements?

A consistent 1 moa out of an XCR? Is that a joke or something?
Accurizing an XCR, sure , why not, but accurizing it to the point where it can shoot a consistent 1 moa is not happening! If anyone proves this wrong, I'd love to see pictures, I just don't think the XCR (or many other back rifles for that matter) are capable of a consistent 1 moa, tweaking or no tweaking. Not many Black Rifle's are designed as precision rigs, so why demand that kind of precision out of them?

Steve James, we'll see what we can if anything, do in the new year. I'm getting 1.5 moa out of hand loaded .223, 6.8, not so happy. I'm hoping it's just a mag issue, but the crown didn't look too good either. So we're starting there. And of course, I'll put my money where my mouth is as far as proof. And you're right, as far as average accuracy out of this kind of rifle.
