I doubt it. They've been non restricted in the past as long as you had the 18.6" barrel or longer

I have no personal experience but I heard the quality is less than desirable. They seem very popular. Are the stories true? Screws coming loose? Jam-o-matic? Horrific customer service?

I have about 2000 rounds through mine and it has been fantastic. No jams, no loose screws. I just wish mine had the FAST stock and ambi mag release. Good news is those parts are easy to upgrade.
