I've held a keymod light barrel. The weight difference between that and a heavy barrel for me is negligible vs the accuracy i maintain on a heavy after a few rounds.

The cerokote vs ano is a personal thing. My go to AR is in cerokote and is well used and abused. Has its wear marks just like ano. They don't stay new looking in either coating if your run them.
