First I'd like to thank everyone for the responses when I asked for help. Second: I don't think this is much of a range report, just what I have found so far shooting the "M" for the first time. I was out by myself so you don't get a bunch of pictures of me shooting it and grinning all the time. Just some of the results.
I woke up this morning to -23 so I held off until it got to -14. The range from the bench to the target is 104 meters according to my range finder. I checked out the range report that Wolverine posted and was impressed with the accuracy that the "M" had given them, but thats with "match" ammo. I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't shoot "match" ammo very often, if at all. I plan to use this rifle for everything from gophers and coyotes to whitetail next season. I wanted to know how it was going to shoot in the real world, with real world ammo. I started out with some Wallyworld Winchester Grey Box 150gr Power Points, just to see how it handled and rough site the scope. Once I had put about 20 rds. down range I knew I was on the paper and close. I switched to Winchester Power Max 150gr PHP that I also get at Wallyworld for about $20/box
The sand-bags were frozen solid and didn't give me the nice solid rest that they should have. The seat was cold and I had to stand up every once in a while just to thaw out my butt. I found that I had a little trouble getting the right cheek-weld on the FASTock that the "M" comes with. I may change this out down the road, but it does the job it's supposed to. It was still chilly enough that I had to warm my trigger finger up in between shots, and when I took a short break to gather brass, the pistol grip was cold enough to numb my hand. The trigger may not be a target trigger, but I found it very smooth with a nice crisp break. Fit and finish are very nice.
I only put about 60 rounds down range before I wimped out and came back in the house. Tomorrow it's supposed to be warmer, and I've got some 150gr and 165gr Hornady SST reloads that I want to try.
Overall I am very impressed with this rifle. Thanks again to the staff at Wolverine for bringing these in. As you can see from the picture below-If I did my part, controlled my breathing, didn't jerk the trigger, and found a repeatable cheek-weld this rifle will perform. The red bullseye is 1"
