XCR-M fast stock

Put it on the EE. I'm sure you can recoup most of your $ back.
I may have to. I'm still fairly new to firearms, but don't really feel like I'd be asking too much to get a refund on an item that is weeks away from arrival and is already getting bad reviews?

Thanks Mr. Wolverine, but is there any way a guy could just get his money back instead?

Money back for what? A used rifle or a new stock? I can't fix a problem if I don't know about it! I don't make a habit of discussing individual customer issues in public forums. If you have a problem with something you purchased from Wolverine Supplies, tell us first, not the world! WE STAND BEHIND EVERYTHING WE SELL, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

PLEASE READ OUR WARRANTY, YOU WILL FIND IT HERE: HTTP://WWW.WOLVERINESUPPLIES.COM/THE-WOLVERINE-EXPERIENCE/WARRANTY-POLICY.ASPX

If I understand correctly, you are asking if you can cancel an item you have ordered and not recieved?

Pick the phone up, of course you can! We do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on special ordered items, but if it hasn't even been shipped there is no problem.

We are not sharks!!!!

Excellent. Thanks!
For the record, I've never had a problem with anything I've purchased from you.

I understand a product should perform its intended purpose which it sounds like the fast stock can not at this time due to teething issues. Not trying to start a fight here or imply new XCR-M owners should purchase a diffrent stock. Correct me if I'm wrong here.....but can a person purchase a XCR-L folding stock AR15 type stock adapter and install any AR15 stock they wish? Has any one asked Wolverine if you can purchase the rifle with out the FAST stock and with the AR15 stock adapter and AR15 type stock? Might be worth a try before canceling your order?

It is clearly stated on Wolverine's website, even Alex from RA has mentioned in his post they can custom tailor the rifle to the purchaser, within the legality of the Canadian firearm laws of course.

Ok....but does a AR15 folding stock adapter work on the XCR-M?

XCR-L and M both have the same dimension at the stock connection point so any L model adapter will work on a M model, However Robinson Arm haven't been able to obtain an export license for any AR stock adapter of any configuration.

Has anyone who owns the new XCR with the FAST stock tried putting a Quick Detach Sling Swivel into the receptacle under the stock by chance?

I bought a MidWest Industries Heavy Duty QD sling swivel & when I tried to plug it in, the damned thing don't fit. It's just way too tight, lol. I was under the impression they were more or less universal so not sure if the swivel is too big, the receptacle too small... anyone?

XCR FAST Stock

Just to clarify a few things.

FAST Stock:

There may have been some assembly problems with the first FAST Stocks. There is a set screw that holds the button/hinge shaft into place. If that screw is loose, you can have problems. Some may not have been Loctited in correctly. It's very simple to fix.

Though most of our customers absolutely LOVE the FAST Stock, there are others who want a different stock. As with clothing, "One size does not fit all." Some want it longer, fatter, etc.

Other Stocks:

The beauty of the XCR is that it can take almost any stock. We can still ship the tube stocks to Canada and probably even folding tube stocks and adapters now.

We can make just about anything you Canadian's want. I do suggest you try the FAST Stock first rather than listening from the RA haters that seem to have migrated from the XCR Forum up north to pimp their hack job stocks. (Actually, their stock looks nice. I just couldn't go without saying something negative. It just wouldn't be right coming from me.)

Just to clarify, RA hate I am not and I put down 3k to prove it, the fast stock on my M seized up, then it would not lock in place, its a stock, I shoudnt have this problem with it, and im not the only one, the video on this forum and xcrforum from a Canadian shooter shows the same thing happening on the stock when he first shot it, I find it insulting you come here and tell us this when we pay our money for a product that claims to be a class leader, the rife I love, the stock I have no confidence in anymore and now I am without a rifle for weeks after spending all that money

I would like to get what i paid for, its not really much to ask is it?

No insults to you intended. If you stock or any part of your firearm is not working, we will fix it. If you are still having problems with it, don't hesitate to email tech@robarm.com or even me alex@robarm.com.

One more thing. All the original XCR Stocks will fit on the M.

Thanks!

Just bought an xcr-l myself, kinda glad i have a regular stock now hearing these stories, I am hoping to upgrade though, I was looking at the adapters from dlask and NEA, which would be better of the two, anyone have photos of either?

Also, anyone have any info on this stock from TSE?

This one looks interesting and with a cheek riser should serve as almost a Magpul ubr/prs, or least what it looks like, anyone able to chime in with info/advice?

Just take the five minutes to fix it and quit #####in. Sure the assembly wasn't 100% but the design is sound. I can tell you that even on brand new aircraft costing tens of millions there will be quality problems and fixes requiring a little tweak here and there. As you say the rifle shoots great. Fix the stock and keep shooting. No brainer.

Stock was fixed once by the store and failed again, as for #####ing, when i pay 3k i can ##### all i like, no one is forcing you to read my #####ing, No brainer ;)

f55 I'm not sure why you feel insulted. The Boss of RA turns up to your thread and admits they have had some issues with early mass production of this stock. Of which you probably got one of the first examples. He then explains what the issue is and what can be done to rectify it. He also indicates that there are alternatives that are available. I appreciate that he didn't apologize but he didn't call you a hater either.
It might be that Wolverine Supplies can rectify this problem for you as it doesn't seem overly complicated to fix.
