i know both are virtually unobtanium at the moment.

as i dont mind waiting for a while, which would most people want.

im looking for a gun i can use for some hunting, and just fun shooting, i love the bullpup design as i own a tavor and its a lot of fun to shoot.

the main thing i dont like about the XCR-M is the folding stock.

they are both comparable in price so its a tough choice, i havent shot ether, but handled both (plain .223 xcr)

Any Recomendations ?

In own a RFB DS, and havent shot any acr, so I can only comment on the keltec product.
Love my rfb, tons of fun to shoot, moa capable, though I'm not most times. The trigger is amazingly crisp given it's a bull pup, they really got, that right.

And then looks you garner while caring arid semi auto bull pup in the bush deer hunting are great!! Lol.

Well...

The XCR-M has better ergonomics. AR like with all the newest enhancements. The fast stock which does fold isn't bad. Some don't like it but I think it's a huge improvement over the crap one that originally came with the XCR-L. It uses DPMS/SR25/Original AR10 style mags. So Pmags etc are available. The trigger is said to be good. It's very AR10 like. Except.. it's a heavier piston system and you won't get AR10 1/2 moa accuracy from it. Stock choices are also limited for the XCR-M unless you want to use an ugly conversion.

The RFB. Decent ergonomics and it's very compact. The trigger is ok but not as good as an AR10 or the XCR-M. It uses FN metric FAL mags. The quality is decent but the overall build of the XCR-M does feel more substantial.

Bottom line both have around the same accuracy with the current products. One is the size of a large AR10 without the accuracy of the AR10. The other is the size of a m4 carbine with the stock collapsed.

If the XCR-M came with a 20" match grade SS 1:11.25 barrel and had proven .5 to .75 moa then I would buy one. Unfortunately the XCR-M isn't really a non restricted AR10. Nor is it an improvement over that design.

The RFB with the right ammo isn't bad, but it's also not a target rifle. That being said the front eject, and size for a 308 rifle give it something to talk about.

Chances are you'll be happy with either one as long as you aren't expecting a target rifle.

Mostly looking for a tacticool hunting rifle. After being a remington warranty tech I would not buy a 750 or most other semi .308's. So I'd like a tactical looking .308.

Haven't seen a swiss arms SAPR forsale before. If it is the same price as the .223 then it is about 1200 over my price range. The rfb and xcr are both around the 2500 mark the swiss from what I can see is about 3800.

Not many semi's that can be considered a sub moa rifle that is still light enough to carry.
Any other .308 semi's out there that look like a military rifle?

I have both and like the xcr-m. I am not a big fan of the RFB, mostly due to egronmics of the gun. Both will shoot sub moa, but the xcr-m out shoots the RFB

I much prefer the RFB of the two. Not sure what people don't like about the ergonomics, truthfully that is why I prefer it! I can see if you are very familiar with an AR style rifle that the RFB is certainly different, but this is not bad in my books.

The only thing I could see its the bolt relese, witch imo is not a big deal. Appart from that to me ergos ar perfect. If you want to go hunting well rfb shoulb be a no brainer

Accuracy? Here what a poor shot like me with a 3x scope and walmart ammo can do.

i love the ergo of my tavor. im not big on the ar platform(back off its not for everyone) the tavor holds steady and strong when im shooting. so the slightly heavyer rfb should be good. think il be putting a downpayment on one tomorow.
