I see you have the magpul afg with the side ladder covers did you have to trim the ladder covers to make them fit with the forward grip?
 
Micro, with a FAB pistol grip and FAST stock, 7.62x39. Shown with a Famae mini-SAF to show how TINY the Micro really is! I like it as shown in the photo, but I've recently changed the optic.

No there's about 3/16" gap on each side. I think I'm going to try out some of the ladder style covers out as well just because I like how they look haha

Yes.

Earlier stocks were fixed from factory and folders or adjustable were aftermarket. This came from US export law of the time which has now relaxed in that area and folders can make it across the border. Of course if talking FAST that stock is relatively new on the market. Where as the skeleton came as either a folder or fixed, but for the first years only came from the factory to Canada as fixed.
