According to Alex, we should be able to ship the XCR as a pistol to Canada if we do things a certain way. He even thinks he can find a way to ship thwe 7.62x39. Until more information is available, however, we would like to know what barrel lengths you would like to see as an option. Please vote for the length of barrel you would like to see, and then whether you would prefer a light or heavy profile. Thank you!

Another consideration would be price point. Since other brands have AR-15 pistol options available in Canada in .223, and 9mm. (all being sold at run of the mill AR prices)

A 7.62x39 would be um.... a canon. Make mine 7(.5)" and screw the ballistics.

Squish over in the bunk there, hbean... and pass the tissues.

Maybe it's just me.. But I have little interest in another restricted rifle called a pistol... The only advantage is if it has proprietary mags which can we used in a non-restricted rifle... Even then I don't really need another $2500 rifle I can't use anywhere except the range.. I guess the other problem is that I have so few rifles that don't things add to them.. it would end up being a $4000 dollar rifle I still can't use anywhere but the range...

XCR Monger Don't get me wrong I want an XCR just not as a pistol..

if we (they, robarms) can get a x39 and 308 win, cal pistol then more 10rnd mags for all, its a win, win :)

I can't say that a pistol is on my list of wants. I'm only interested in the 7.62x39 conversion kits which Wolverine is working on getting through with end user certificates (LIGHT 18.6" BARREL PLEASE). As has been said, restricted pistols aren't as practical as go anywhere rifles.

Also, LIGHT 18.6" 5.56 (oops, .223) barrels would be decent as well.

prob not good not a common caliber not worth the trouble for them would be my guess

The XCR seems to share alot in common with the stg, so it would be neat to see one available, and would justity me buying one as i'm gearing up to reload 8mm kurz.

Though if the xcr ever makes it here with a 7.62x39 18.5" barrel and ak mags I'd buy one as soon they were available.

As I read it he was talking about putting a non restricted barrel length upper on a pistol lower. I assumed he meant for the benefit of non range shooting pleasure. That's why I said i thought it was a no go. I wasn't thinking of long barrelled range only use.. My bad.

A 7.62 XCR pistol would to me, be a tempting upgrade from my .223 pistol

I'm with John and ENEFGEE on this about the un-discussing part.
