So seeing that they now are manufacturing a "Pistol" in both .223 & 7.62X39 does this mean we can organize to get "10 round" pistol mags for 7.62x39 ??

It is perfectly fine, the pistol will be marked as such on the lower reciever, so they will be under a separate classification from the rifles, but that also means once the pistol is classified as restricted you can't just throw a longer upper on it and hope to get away with calling it a rifle and expected to be non-restricted.
Since XCR uses the same mag as AR it is easier to ask them to label the mags for a 7.62 AR pistol.
10 is twice as many as 5 & therefore 10 is twice as better than 5... & the more I type the gooder the anglish gots...
In a country where the law restricts mags to 5 rounds, people are DESPERATE to have something more ... something almost illicit. So they fawn all over a butt ugly mag because it offers something more than the law appears to allow.
And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, and god bless them. I just hope someone figures out a way to do it again with a 20 rounder. I also wish, but I know that it is in vain, that we would get off our collective a**es and demand that our neutered normal capacity 20 or 30 round magazines be returned to their normal status instead of the abomination they have become.

Ok seriously, I think an XCR pistol in 7.62 x 39 would be wicked. The closest thing us civvies could get to an AK-74SU.

Oh, and before anyone gets their boys in a bunch. I know it's restricted. 95% of what I own is. I know I can't hunt with it. I know mags will be pinned to 5. I know I can only punch paper with it. I know how "useless" it is.
