I'm looking at buying a XCR-L from Sean@Moregunssupply, out of winnipeg. Has anyone dealt with him. Is he a good source for accessories, ammo, etc.

You are going to get vastly different answers to this question...

...do a search, this guy/vendor has enough posts pertaining to his service that would make War and Peace look like a short story.

Maybe the fact that he (Ki11ercane) got banned here will interfere in the search.

He had many bad customer service reports. Unless it's on discount, I'd buy from Wolverines or another CGN dealer.

I have bought a few thing off him from shows or in his shop, I doubt I would bother to deal with them online, I have heard good and bad about online order. In person he is your best friend once the credit cards come out other wise he wont remember you to well. Like mentioned already You would not be dissapointed by Wolverine.

Ive always recieved excellent customer service from Wolverine whether I was spending money or had concerns after the purchase they always take care of the customers.

there are many other reputable vendors to purchase a XCR from. i suggest you pick another store to get one from. wolverine is top notch to deal with. the fact this thread will probaly be locked down soon by the mods will tell you what the general concensus is about ki11ercane and more gun supply.

I would stay away from him. I've I dealing with him and it was not a good one. Go with Wolverine, you'll receive great service before, during and after your purchase. Really can't say the same for MoreGun.

Wolverine will go above and beyond if you ever have any problems. They have taken care of my needs on a few occasions, I always left smiling. Moregunssupply reputation for customer service is questionable.

He he he...... That made me chuckle. :D

Good luck with your quest for your XCR. You will enjoy it.

Order my XCR this week. Checked out MGS, Wolv, Wan, and all the CGN sponsor dealer. Prices are basically the same as Wolv (the importer). MGS has some tempting bonus but given all the comments on CGN and their disassociation with CGN (no longer a sponsor, can't find out why) the risk seems to high. Ended up with Wan, a reputable local dealer, Gary was great.

I have been reading alot of posts and I wanted to say why does everyone say stay away from moregunssupply?? He was great when I went in to take a look. Just curious I cant find real stories about what everyone is saying on here. Sorry am new into the scene and that place is local so I am just curious

I'm curious too, considering there aren't many outlets of this such in Winnipeg. Everyone is saying "stay away" and "no, don't buy from them" but so far no one has actually explained why. What has Moregunssupply done to deserve this negative feedback?

I'm sure I could imagine a few things but that would just be speculation. I'm looking for examples, people. Please share your experiences otherwise it's hard to give much value to opinions without basis. I'm considering buying from Moregunssupply in the future so this is important.

Its probably why everyone stays away from Badger Arms, these guys talk a big talk and are nice face to face but service sucks when you try and reach them after they have your money.
You never here anything bad about Wolverine or Prophet River because these businesses take care of you after before, during and after the sale. Dropping 3k on a rifle, reloading supplies and accessories is a big buy for 90% of Gunnutz and when you see a business with a number of CGN'ers disliking it, there's a reason and I would walk away.
