Would you like to see a bunch of 6.8s hit the Canadian market?

We've send spare parts to Wolverine before. I'm not sure if they sold them all yet or not. We can always put more on order. :)

The stock adapters we cannot send over there. the state department won't allow shipment of them... which makes no sense, as they aren't illegal over there. sigh.

I'll plug through your site tomorrow, get some parts & part numbers in order & give Wolverine a shout. If they don't have what I want I'll give you a shout or a pm.

there is a suggested parts kit... see here

and yes... I drew that up in paint. :D

You'll need to make sure you order the right kind of firing pin. There's the old style bolt and FP and the new style. The new style bolts have the type of firing pin as pictured above.

Thanks Terra, I was aware of that difference.
Hey when are you going to show the Guys that sweet rifle of yours?
Pink never looked so good, she's sure a Beauty.
I think I'll go green myself.

What are the other parts most susceptible to failure and or loss.
I may as well get what I'll need before sh1t happens.
Ol' Murphy and I go back a long way.

I've just got off the phone with Wolverine.
They say wait until the rifles are in to order parts, but they will be getting the parts kits in for us.
He also said they're still waiting on the State dpt. to get their sh1t together, then it won't be long after and our rifles will come.

Conan- wolverine doesn't have any parts kits right now?

Yeah I know, he said he was afraid of bringing the parts in with the rifles because Murphy's law might kick in.
I wouldn't want my rifle seized because of a few parts.
Believe me I've been there.
My first Shiloh was seized by US Customs along with 40 more guns and it took 2 years before I got it.
It was a piss poor reason too.
A couple of forms had the wrong end user on them and they seized the shipment.

I need to clarify the spare parts situation for XCR rifles in Canada. Not sure who Conan 568 spoke to as we have 15 spare parts kits in stock price is $37.25 each plus shipping and tax. These are old stock so allow +20% for the next ones. We have a small assortment of other small parts which we are reserving for any repairs. We will shortly be placing another order for assorted parts and barrels so if you have any specific requirements please e-mail me directly at: John@wolverinesupplies.com this will assist us in estimating the required parts and quantities.

Remember NO barrels under 16 inches are allowed for export so we will only order 18.6 inch barrels this insures that all XCR rifles in Canada remain in the non –restricted class.

No folding stocks are approved for export so please do not waste every ones time by ordering stock hinges.

Update for 6.8 mm rifles and conversion kits. Wolverine has already placed a PO with Rob Arms, before Rob Arms can apply for an export license they need an International Import Cert from us. We can not apply for that until we receive our cost from Rob Arms which we are waiting for. I mention this only so everyone will start to appreciate how time consuming and frustrating this process can be. We have 45 x 6.8 rifles ordered (any more and we have US License issues!) we already have 10 “Presold” on our notify list so by the time they are shipped we will more than likely be back ordered again. All back orders create is extra work and potential lost income so trust me, we are doing our best to avoid them.

You've got to be kidding me.
The next time I call there I'm asking for you.
Now I'm wondering if I'm even on the list for a 6.8 XCR.

Email coming your way John and thanks for clearing that up.

Conan now I know your real name I checked and you are number six on the 6.8 waitng list.

The parts kit consists of the following:
Spring guide clip, buffer, hammer & trigger spring, extractor detent and spring, firing pin retaining pin and spring.

Thanks for the heads up John. Just got the phone with Ryan and ordered the kit. Great guy to deal with. Hope you give him a raise...:p

Alright, thanks for the heads up.
I thought I'd be high up the list, because as soon as Terra spilled the beans about the 6.8s I got on the horn and changed my order.
