XD holsters

I finally bought that XD .40 that I have been drooling over for the last couple of months...

Now what I need is a really good holster for it. It will be for IDPA and range practice.

For those that have XD's, what holster works the best for you?

I use a Fobus holster for my XD40 and Sig P226. works well and is reasonably priced. Of course if you have $$$, safariland would be better. But then again it's what works for you.

I posted this before I read Pops review of the Serpa holsters... They have 'em for XD's. I am going to have to check one out. His review was great.

I am currently using a "G-Code" kydex for my XD40, and I have ordered a CQC Serpa for the XD40. I am looking forward to using the Serpa with my XD40.

I have a Serpa CQB for my XD40. I was suprised how quickly my finger found the release. I'd buy one again for my next pistol.

I've been using a fobus paddle for about a year, no problems. Good for the price

I got a safariland raptor mid rid side holster, works great and looks pretty darn cool as well.

The new XD's come with a holster now,... did u buy it used?

the new XD should come with:

1 double mag pouch
2 mags
1 holster
1 speed loader
optional fiberoptic sight (if asked to be on gun)

yeah, I bought here off the EE. So no "XD gear" package. But, that has been rectified, just ordered a Uncle Mikes Kydex holster and double mag pouch today. May get a Serpa in the "not too distant future" though.
